Shipping & returns


We will happily refund or exchange your product if:

  •  there is any defect or damage caused to the product from the manufacturing or printing process
  •  the product was supplied incorrectly
  •  the product was damaged in transit
  •  the product varies from its description or image on our website
  •  you’ve simply just changed your mind

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the item, must be unused and
in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

We will not accept returns due to a change of mind outside of our 30-day policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you have changed your mind on an item, then the courier costs will be at the customer’s expense however in all other cases outlined above, we will cover the return shipping cost by way of reimbursement to your original payment method provided proof of return shipping cost is provided.

Faulty items

We will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Upon receiving your item, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all products and inform us of any faults as soon as possible.


Once the item is received by us, a refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within seven working days and a confirmation email sent to the email specified in the refund request.


Please include in your email to us the item you would like to exchange your return with. If the exchange item is higher in price than your original item, the difference will be charged to your credit card in which case we will contact you directly by phone as we do not keep credit card details on file.


We recommend you use a tracking service as we can’t be responsible for any items returned that may be lost in transit.

Please allow 1-3 days for delivery from date of dispatch. Shipping cost includes tracking and a
signature is required. If nobody is home a ‘card to call’ will be left.

Your order may incur local custom duties which are payable by the recipient to the customs
authority. We are not responsible for additional import charges on items.
